Monies

Monies is a rock hard, well established Danish brand, which have been making outstanding, larger than life, unique jewellery from natural materials for decades. Gerda Lyngaard Monies, was the first woman ever to be excepted into the 700 year old Goldsmith's Guild in Denmark, and is a true legend and female icon as well as Iris Apfel, who has been wearing Monies jewellery for the last 20 years.

Dalston Eastern Curve Garden

Amazing local initiative, very pretty little garden in Dalston where you can just hang out or participate in one of their craft and gardening workshops and events. I tip it to be a hot spot for the summer.
Make sure to check out the FARM:Shop across the road when you are there. A real farm with all the trimmings in a run down old shop in Dalston. They even have live stock. Very positive and inspiring!
