The weather has been great the past week in London, and when the sun is out all I want to do is be in Denmark by the sea. This dish is a traditional summer dish, that I wish I could re create here, as it is so refreshing. It is somewhere in between a poring yoghurt and whole milk. But sour and zest y. Sounds strange, but it is so good!
